FocusDelta is a small French brand (Alsace) that builds printable organization tools grounded in published research: created with the help of AI, then researched, analyzed and validated by a human — and labeled as such.

The story
FocusDelta was born out of irritation. One evening, scrolling, I fell into dozens of ADHD videos — and they all contradicted each other. Impossible to tell signal from noise. So instead of forming an opinion on social media, I went to the source: published studies, reference manuals — the Merck Manual, the DSM — weeks of reading, analyzing, cross-checking.
Two findings came out. One: the tools offered to overloaded brains are too complicated — checkboxes that force black-or-white thinking when heads are grey. Like being assigned a car parking spot when you ride a bike. Two: they overflow with toxic positivity — colors, mascots, cuteness everywhere — when nobody wants a tool that takes concentration just to sort their thoughts. What's needed is a funnel that channels them.
The first Focus Reset was built on that spec: published research, nothing but the essentials, zero guilt. My partner — directly concerned — tested it: 8/10, plus a list of demands that sharpened everything. She still uses it. Not because it's me, but because it answers what she needs. ADHD or not — it became our filter: back to the essentials, for every overloaded brain.
Our method: AI produces, the human decides
AI produces — writing, layout, visuals. The human directs and locks: source selection, verification of every scientific claim in two independent databases, testing, final validation. Studies are cited inside the products themselves, author and year, and we always distinguish associative from causal findings.
Transparency as a principle
Every product carries the label “Grounded in published research. Human-verified, tested and validated — writing and layout AI-assisted.”, and our Etsy listings disclose AI use. Used well, AI is a quality tool — provided you say who verifies, and how.
What we will never do
Medical claims (our planners are organization tools — not diagnosis, not treatment), fake testimonials, or content published without human verification.
